Vasilii shares his treatment experience at GoBroad Healthcare Group.

A challenging road before GoBroad

Vasilii, a 35-year-old patient, had been living with stage IV high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). His disease had relapsed after multiple lines of treatment, including chemotherapy, autologous stem cell transplantation, allogeneic stem cell transplantation, and previous CAR-T therapy.

His case was especially challenging due to aggressive disease progression, a complex treatment history, and changing tumor targets.

An individualised plan at GoBroad Healthcare Group

In April 2026, Vasilii came to GoBroad Healthcare Group (GHG), where Dr. Shaomei Feng's team conducted a comprehensive evaluation and developed an individualized treatment plan.

He received targeted conditioning therapy followed by CD79b CAR-T and CD19/CD22 CAR-T cell therapy, together with close monitoring and supportive care throughout the treatment process.

Outcome and follow-up

After treatment, Vasilii's condition improved, and he was safely discharged for follow-up care.

In his interview, Vasilii shared his appreciation for the GHG medical team, describing their care as professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout his journey.

For patients facing relapsed and refractory hematologic cancers, every step requires precision, experience, and compassion. At GoBroad, multidisciplinary teams continue to explore advanced treatment strategies and provide full-process care — bringing new possibilities to patients when the road has been especially difficult.
